The Subhwanti Institute of Education (SIE)is a teacher training institute located in Siwan, Bihar, India. It was established in 2015 under the aegis of the Subhwanti Sudama Rai Foundation. The institute is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and is afliated to Jai Prakash University, Chapra.

SIE offers a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program, which is a two-year undergraduate degree program required for teaching at the secondary level in India. The institute also offers a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) program, which is a two-year diploma program required for teaching at the primary level.

SIE has a well-established Training and Placement Cell which trains students and offers them internships during the course. The cell facilitates placement opportunities for students and also provides career guidance to them. The cell at SIE Siwan campus conducts seminars, workshops, and special guest lectures to develop the overall personality development of students. The T&P cell maintains relations between students and companies and invites top companies to the campus for placements.
