GNM NURSING

Course Duration: 3 Year Full-time

Admission Criteria: Successfully completed 10+2 exam in any stream from a recognized board / university.

10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open Schools recognized by the State Government and National Institute of Open Schools (NIOS) recognized by the Central Government. However, Science is preferable

10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.

10+2 with English having 40% marks in Vocational Stream Health Care Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre

Course Details: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year undergraduate course focused on promoting, restoring, and maintaining health. Emphasizing holistic care, it prepares students for nursing careers with skills in compassion and professionalism. Pass out students can pursue diverse opportunities in government and private hospitals, nursing homes, old age homes, orphanages, industries, sanatoriums, and the military, as well as specialized positions like ICU nurses and Infection Control nurses.
